Five Step Oxidation Removal Pricing Guide:

Step 1: Wet Sanding

 (Heavy oxidation, heavy scratches & chalky gel-coats.)

• The 'Wet Sanding' step will level out the gel-coat to prepare the surface for the compounding steps.
• Some vessels won't require the 'Wet Sanding' step.
• If your vessel requires this step, then your vessel will require all 5 steps to be performed.

Step 2: Heavy Compounding

• The 'Heavy Compounding' step prepares your gel-coated surfaces for polishing. This step will be the removal process of any scratches, imperfections and heavy to medium oxidation.

• Pricing starting at $27.00 per foot

Step 3:  Medium Compounding 

• The 'Medium Compounding' step is a process that focuses on the light to medium oxidation and light scratches.
• This highly needed step that is conducted before the polishing will help further level the gel-coated surfaces on your vessel to obtain a higher level of gloss finish.

Step 4: Polishing

• The 'Polishing' step is the most vital. This step will bring back all the essential oils into your gel-coated surfaces to achieve the highest gloss.
• The polish will blend the gel-coat from any compounded marks remaining and prepare the gel-coat for its protection application process.

Step 5: Protection

• The final step to protecting your investment.
• We provide you with the choice between two types of protection options: High Grade Polymer Sealant or Marine Ceramic Coating. 

Option 1: High Grade Polymer Sealant

 (Provides 6 months protection) - Applied by hand and machine to all gel-coated areas on the vessel (Excluding the hull.)

Option 2: Marine Ceramic Coating

 (1-5 year protection) - Depending on the grade of Ceramic Coating that you choose. Extended Warranty available upon request.
